Nejat is a free, offline desktop application that provides general first aid and emergency health information for educational purposes only. It uses an on-device artificial intelligence language model (Qwen 2.5, developed by Alibaba Cloud) to respond to user queries. All AI processing happens locally on your device — no data is sent to any server.
Nejat is NOT a medical device, medical service, diagnostic tool, or healthcare provider. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No doctor-patient relationship or any other professional healthcare relationship is created by your use of the App.
All information provided by Nejat — including AI responses and emergency guides — is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Nejat name, logo, application design, code, guides, and all associated materials are owned by its developers. All rights are reserved. The underlying AI model (Qwen 2.5) is developed by Alibaba Cloud and is subject to its own separate license terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or license rights beyond the limited right to use the App as described here.
Nejat operates entirely offline after the initial model download. No user data, conversations, health information, or personal details are ever transmitted to any server or third party. For complete details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Nejat incorporates third-party open-source software, including Electron, React, and the Qwen 2.5 AI model. Each of these components is subject to its own license terms. We do not warrant, endorse, or assume any liability for any third-party software incorporated in the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developers are based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable local law, the local law shall prevail only to the minimum extent necessary.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if it cannot be modified. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. No waiver is effective unless made in writing.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App. They supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings — whether oral or written — between you and us concerning the App. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy or Medical Disclaimer, these Terms shall govern.
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING NEJAT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NEJAT IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE AND THAT IN ANY EMERGENCY YOU SHOULD CALL EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.
